Pizzeria Trattoria Margherita in Essen

My partner and I ordered a pizza and a scampi casserole this 08/01/2020. We called at 7:05 p.m. to order and got order 104 which was supposed to be ready by 8:25 p.m. 1h20 for a pizza and a scampis is long but still passes if there are people. My companion therefore came to the pizzeria at 8:20 p.m. to collect the order and was not served until 8:55 p.m. He therefore waited 35 minutes outside in the cold (2 °) to hear order numbers completely randomly ... He finally received a cold pizza and overcooked scampis 1000x barely hot bathed in an incredible mass of sauce. He of course paid the full price and received no excuse to the contrary. He just had the honor of hearing one: "It's not our fault, we were on time in the early evening ... If customers remembered their numbers, we wouldn't waste 15 minutes each time. to find their order. " At the same time, if the numbers don't work, it's time to find another solution. What they did not say, however, is that they give people hours at random to come and get their dishes and then they are surprised not to be on time. My companion met a friend who was obviously also waiting and who had the same time to come and collect his order when he had ordered at 8 p.m., that is to say 1 hour after us ... He also ran into a person who waited more than an hour outside to receive his order ... It is really INADMISSIBLE !!! We regularly come or rather come to pick up pasta and / or pizza at the trattoria and the service has become more and more deplorable. Endless wait, poor organization, no excuses, no commercial gestures and extremely disappointing dishes. Reputation is unfortunately not everything! In any case for my part, I would not go back.

First order of 6 pizzas, half of which were burnt on the crusts, too bad Cheese rubbery, not enough tomato base for my taste However, pleasant staff and the pizzas remain decent in terms of size and garnish Not bad !

Okay waiting time and pleasant staff. The pizzas are quite large and taste good. However, mine pizzas were overcooked and their edges were burnt.

Look for 2 pizzas in this time of restriction ..... huge for 1 pers. However I am a "good fork" and excellent ... I recommend ... Try, you will not want more!

Nothing to say about the take-out service or their pizzas and pasta. The taste and the quality are there. Given the sanitary measures, unfortunately we cannot eat there but as soon as possible we will try with great pleasure. (I just keep the missing Star in reserve for this moment)

Mooh this restaurant is cute with its little red tablecloths and a super well-kept garden. The staff are very caring and very friendly. The wood-fired pizza is very good and the escalope is more than well served. We will return with pleasure.

Very good pizzeria, since they enlarged and now the take-out space is separate from the restaurant adds value to this pizzeria. The staff are friendly and the quality of the food is there. My only negative would be that we need some more original pizzas but it is more a personal opinion than general. In conclusion I strongly advise.
